WHAT IS STRETCH WELLNESS

 

At the heart of the Stretch Wellness process is the partnership between the stretch practitioner and client.

This partnership, combined with Stretch Wellness Proprietary Method, provides the communication, motivation, technique, and effort required to achieve flexibility and agility goals in an accelerated time frame.

TECHNIQUE

THE STRETCH WELLNESS METHOD

​

Stretch Wellness involves combining a series of individual stretches into a specific smooth sequence that successively stretches the target muscle groups, allowing for benefit above what can be provided by those same stretches in a random order, while applying Stretch Wellness Method leverage system to isolate muscle groups during the stretch session.

COMMUNICATION

 

During a Stretch Wellness session, the Stretch Wellness Practitioner employs specific techniques and instructions to allow the client to turn off the body’s defense signal to the brain and relax the target muscles. This allows an increased range of motion for the client during the stretch.

TIME FRAME

Accelerated time frame;

A key aspect of the Stretch Wellness method is the smooth transitions between the sequence of stretches.

​

The transitions are designed to provide comfort to the client and to maintain relaxation levels of the nervous system. This allows the client to achieve the desired benefit of the stretches in a reduced period of time.
